Offered for sale is a 1937 Ryan STA Special, one of the most elegant and sought-after pre-war American sport aircraft. The STA represents the pinnacle of Ryan Aeronautical’s civilian designs and is widely regarded as one of the finest-handling and most beautiful monoplanes of the 1930s.

This aircraft has been continuously stored indoors for decades and presents as a complete, intact, and largely original example—a critical distinction in the Ryan market. The airplane has not flown since the early 1990s and is offered as a restoration or recommissioning candidate, or as a premium static display with strong upside.
